1. Packing list:

1.1 Coupling head 1

1.3 Spindle kit (including #21, #27, #28, and #29 spindles) 1 for each

1.5 Cylinder adjusting base 1 set

1.6 Cylinder cover 1

2. Installation procedure:

2.1 Read “Viscometer Operation Instruction” carefully before the use of this apparatus;

2.2 After the viscometer is assembled, connect the coupling head and coupling rod and connect the other end of the coupling rod with the spindled selected, and then install the coupling head on the connecting screw rod;

2.3 Install the cylinder or the adjusting base and fix it with screws, adjust the knob to lower the spindle into the cylinder. Adjust the leveling feet until the level gauge on the adjusting base of the cylinder shows the leveling of the instrument. If a thermostat water bath is equipped, the circulating water can be directly introduced via the inlet on the side of the cylinder in order to obtain more accurate viscosity value;

2.4 Fill the cylinder with about 10-20ml liquid to be measured to the level just up to the level mark of the spindle;

2.5 The viscosity of the measured liquid can be determined after the viscometer is set in accordance with the requirement in “Viscometer Operation Instruction".
