NTV-T1 Viscometer
NTV-T1 is an all-in-one instrument that combines a temperature controller with a viscometer. It has broken through the old split machine in the market. The measuring system of NTV-T1 is consists of a touch-screen viscometer head, a temperature controller, a small sample adapter (SSA) and its spindles. A small sample adapter can help get accurate values with only 2-16 ml sample volume under a certain shear rate(SC4 cylindrical spindles can provide more precise measurement, and small sample tube is easy to load and clean). Small sample adapter is connected with the temperature closely, so the sample temperature is more precise and heating time is shorten.
Precise temperature control is helpful for sample properties measurement, and can help get more precise data. The temperature controller is made up of semiconductor and built-in automatic optimizing temperature program, so it is easy to heating and cooling(temperature control accuracy:±0.1℃ ).
The viscosity measuring system can protect temperature and viscosity correction factors by passwords. Users would be able to do calibration if them meets the requirements. The system also supports stepless-speed measurement and external storage.
